    Materials

    6 Bottle caps
    Green construction paper
    Scissors
    White glue
    Crayons
    Pipe cleaners
    Googly eyes

    Instructions

    1. Cut a leaf shape out of the construction paper.
    2. Color the bottle caps any colors.
    3. Pour a puddle of glue on a scrap piece of paper.  Dip each cap into the glue puddle and then stick the caps onto the leaf in a line.
    4. Add googly eyes and a pipe cleaner smile to the first bottle cap. Cut small pieces of pipe cleaner to use as antennae and glue them to the first cap as well.
    5. Use a crayon to draw legs on the remaining caps.

    Materials

    Yellow, orange, and red craft foam
    2 googly eyes
    Glue
    Scissors

    Instructions

    1. Cut the pieces out of foam, according to picture.
    2. Glue one wing on each side of the egg.
    3. Glue red squiggly part to the top of the egg.
    4. Glue two googly eyes onto the egg.
    5. Glue the beak onto the egg.
    6. Glue both feet to the bottom of the egg.

    Materials

    Blue, white, and purple construction paper
    Scissors
    Glue
    Green crayon or marker

    Instructions

    1. Cut letter V from construction paper according to picture. Glue it onto a white piece of construction paper.
    2. Cut purple circles for flower petals. If you’d like, cut out centers for your flowers from other colors of paper.
    3. Glue your flowers onto the piece of construction paper above the letter V. If you made centers for the flowers, glue them on too.
    4. Use your marker or crayon to draw stems from the flowers down into the V. Add leaves to the stems.

    Materials

    Green and white construction paper
    2 googly eyes
    Black crayon or marker
    Scissors
    Glue

    Instructions

    1. Cut large shamrock shape and four smaller shamrock shapes out of green construction paper.
    2. Cut 4 strips of white construction paper approximately 1 inch wide. Fold the strips back and forth to create an accordion fold appearance.
    3. Glue two white strips on either side of the large shamrock to form arms. Glue two white strips at the base of the large shamrock to form legs.
    4. Glue two small shamrocks to the ends of the arms and two small shamrocks to the ends of the legs.
    5. Glue the two googly eyes to the large shamrock and use a marker to draw on a smile.

    Materials

    Blue, yellow and orange construction paper
    Googly eyes
    Glue
    Scissors

    Instructions

    1. Cut paper into circles, semi-circles, and small triangles as shown.
    2. Glue the semi-circle bodies down to the blue paper.
    3. Glue the corresponding circles onto the semi-circles to make the heads.
    4. Glue the wing semi-circles onto each duck’s body.
    5. Glue a beak and a googly eye onto each duck.

    Materials

    White, Red and Beige Construction Paper
    Red Marker
    Plain and decorative scissors
    Glue
    Magnet (optional) 

    Instructions

    1. Trace child's hand onto beige construction paper. With plain scissors, cut it out.
    2. Draw a heart on the red construction paper, slightly larger than the hand print.  With plain scissors cut it out.
    3. Draw a heart on the white construction paper, slightly larger than the red heart.  With decorative scissors, cut it out.
    4. Glue the red heart onto the white heart.
    5. Glue the palm of the hand, the pinkie, the index finger and the thumb onto the red heart.  Bend the ring and middle finger down and glue just the tip.
    6. Use the Red Marker and write "I Love You".
    7. (Optional) Glue a magnet to the back of the white heart.

    Materials

    Light weight cardboard (i.e. an empty cereal box)
    Paint and paint brushes
    Small white pom-poms
    Stickers
    Glue

    Instructions

    1. Cut mug shape out of cardboard
    2. Draw a semi-circle at the top of the mug.  Above it, paint brown for the chocolate.  Paint the rest of the mug any color you would like and set aside to dry.
    3. Have your child decorate the rest of the mug using stickers or markers.
    4. Glue the pom-poms at the top of the mug.

    Materials

    Purple, Lavender, Pink, Light Blue, Dark Blue and Green Construction Paper
    Mitten Stencil
    Glitter Puffy Paints/Crayons/Stickers
    Scissors and glue 

    Instructions

    1. Create or cut out a stencil of a mitten.
    2. Trace the stencil twice on each of the colored paper.
    3. Cut out all of the mittens.
    4. Cut 2 stripes out of every color (this will be the cuff of the mitten so make is as wide as the mitten and as thick as you want.
    5. Glue the stripes of paper to the bottom of the mitten (mix the colors up).
    6. Glue one mitten on top of the other forming a circle.
    7. Decorate the mittens with puffy paints, crayons, stickers, etc.

    Materials

    White Paper
    Popsicle Sticks (2)
    String
    Scissors
    Glue 

    Instructions

    1. Fold a piece of paper into 8ths (fold it in half, then in half again and then in half again to make a triangle shape)
    2. Cut out circles, triangles and any other shape all over the paper.  Open up the paper. repeat this step 3 more times.
    3. Glue the two popsicle sticks together (crisscrossing).
    4. Attach the string to each snowflake.
    5. Attach each string to the end of one of the popsicle sticks making all the snowflakes different lengths.
    6. Tie a string in the middle of the popsicle sticks so you can hang your mobile.

    Materials

    • Green, brown, and yellow construction paper
    • Glue stick
    • Pencil
    • Scissors
    • Decorations: paint, stickers, glitter glue

    Instructions

    1. Trace your child’s handprint. Cut this out and use it as a template to create 9 more handprint cut-outs.
    2. Glue the handprints so that they slightly overlap. Glue 4 handprints on the bottom row, then 3 on the next, then 2, then just one on the top. Position the handprints so that the tree gets smaller as it gets taller.
    3. Add a star to the top and a brown trunk to the bottom.
    4. Have your child decorate the tree however they would like.
