From Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.  Fathers Day Project FOR KIDS

  • Blank canvases.
  • Letter stickers.
  • Finger paint.
  • Paintbrushes or fingers.

  1. Lay down stickers on blank canvas. Be creative with arrangement and what you want it to say!

  2. Have children paint over the canvas and stickers. I find it best to use one color at a time, that way you don’t have all the colors mixing together, creating a brown mess. I let her choose which colors she wanted to use each time. It doubles as a lesson on colors!
  3. Cover entire canvas with paint.
  4. Remove stickers before paint dries. I went back over any areas that bled with a white paint marker to make the lines a little cleaner and crisp.
